Refund Policy

AiCademy™ is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. Our refund practices are designed to balance learner satisfaction with the legitimate interests of instructors and platform operations, and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund eligibility, timelines, and methods may vary depending on the type of purchase, payment method, and jurisdiction.

General Refund Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, most courses and eligible products may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided that the refund conditions outlined below are met.

Certain purchases may be eligible only for credit refunds, and some purchases may not be eligible for refunds at all, as permitted by applicable law.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please follow the instructions available on the refund request page. Refund requests must be submitted through the designated platform workflow to be considered.

Information regarding the status of a submitted refund request, including processing timelines, can be found in the refund status section of your account or the relevant help page.

Refund Window and Instructor Protection

Our refund policy is intended to allow learners to explore courses on a risk-free basis while also protecting instructors from misuse and ensuring fair compensation.

Instructor payments are processed after the refund window has closed. Accordingly, refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period will not be processed, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Denied

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiCademy™ reserves the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

  • A substantial portion of the course content has been accessed, completed, or downloaded prior to the refund request
  • Multiple refund requests for the same course
  • A pattern of excessive refund requests
  • Account suspension, termination, or restricted access due to violations of the Terms & Conditions, Trust & Safety Guidelines, or applicable laws

Subscription services, where applicable, are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Credit-Only Refunds

Where a purchase is not eligible for a cash refund, a refund may be issued in the form of AiCademy™ credits, provided the purchase otherwise meets the refund eligibility criteria.

If a purchase is eligible only for a credit refund, this will be clearly indicated at the time of refund request.

Purchases Eligible Only for Credit Refunds

The following types of purchases are generally eligible only for credit refunds:

  • iOS (Apple App Store) purchases

    Payments made through Apple are processed by Apple directly. AiCademy™ does not have the ability to issue cash refunds for such purchases. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

  • Bank transfers and cash payments

    Certain offline or manual payment methods may only qualify for credit refunds.

  • AiCademy™ credits

    Refunds involving platform credits are governed by the AiCademy™ credit policy.

Bundles Purchased Through Third Parties

Where a bundle or course package is purchased through a third-party vendor, the payment is processed by that vendor. AiCademy™ does not have access to the transaction details and cannot issue refunds for such purchases.

Refund requests for third-party purchases must be submitted directly to the respective vendor and are subject to their refund policies.
